Finished my first week and I'm 4 pounds lighter. I feel a bit stronger and a little bit more confident. I think Ill do better once I get rid of all the juke food in my kitchen.

Anyone know of any good healthy sides that I can try?

I love pasta but It is so fatty.

Well done on your loss.

Serves 6 as a side dish
500g fresh green beans
Cooking spray

Pepper to taste

Trim ends off bean. Microwave in a little water until beans are cooked to your likening. Drain.
Coat a non stick fry pan with cooking spray, sauté garlic onion and bacon until cooked.
Add tomato paste and beans; toss until beans are coated with sauce.
38 cals per serve
From the cook book simply to good to be true 4

Congrats on the 4lbs :) it really helps when the junk is not around.its too tempting i always say just one but it doesnt stop at that so now its all gone easier that way. as for sides brown rice is a good replacement for pasta(and it still gives you the carbs you might want : ) i use spaghetti squash as a replacement for pasta. cant think of any recipes off hand but both of these are pretty versatile.

Sidetracked a bit that quick. Had some issues to deal with in my personal life so I missed 2 days of working out. I'm thinking of taking a supplement called hydrocut. Anyone ever heard of it?

Hey, you really shouldn't be doing the same movements everyday. It also looks like you are doing upper body with no lower body, why is that? Have you thought about throwing in more movements like squats?
