My question is are anti-oxidants a vital part of a weight loss program. Like Ive stated in earlier posts I have lost 215 pounds in 11 months, which some say is not healthy but weighing 430 pounds was not healthy either. Anyway back to my original question, I have been taking acai berry only as an anti-oxidant not as some fad to lose weight, but as I have browsed the forums I have seen a lot of opinions on anti-oxidants. If anti-oxidants are an important part of a healthy program what are some of the good ones. Should I drink pomegranate juice or something else or just stick with the acai berry. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
