Another question

I have heard that lifting more with less reps is better then lifting less with more reps, ture or not?

Also, say I was doing 10 reps of 4 sets with 25kg is that better than say 6 reps of 4 sets with 35kg?

depends on the goal, and how many 'more reps' you mean.

10 reps is going to build more muscle size, but less muscle strength
6 reps is going to build more muscle strength, but less muscle size
16 reps is going to build muscle endurance, but not much strength or size, and it sure as hell doesn't "tone" the muscle.

the number of sets you perform depends on total workload and how your whole program is designed.

Because if you can lift a weight only 6 times then you're going to help build that strength, rather if you can lift the same weight 10 times, you wouldnt want to lift it only 6.
