Another newcomber- hi everyone!

I'm 25 years old and weighing 163lbs ( the biggest I've ever been). I've been in this weightloss slump. I originally started a year ago with this goal of trying to lose 40-50lbs. At that time I weighed 173lbs. I did manage to lose 10lbs more recently. I did this with he insanity workout (which kicked my ass, but made me feel good) I also started a food diary to watch calories and what I was eating. After a bit I just hit a slump and stopped. I haven't put the weight back on which is good but I'm not where I want to be. I found this site and thought maybe I will get some extra support to keep me going this time. I don't have a set time to lose the remaining 30-40lbs. But I suppose by summer sometime would be nice. Hopefully this site will give me that extra drive to keep me going. So, that's a little about me in a nut shell. Thanks in advance for support and advice.

In the end it all comes down to calories in vs. calories out.
 
Hi and welcome. I think you can lose a decent amount of weight before summer. Even 20 lbs off by then will make a big difference. Good luck with your goals.
