Another Newbie

Just wanted to post a quick hello. :action11:

I am a 22 year old that wants to get fit for 23, hence my username. And since my b-day is April 26, I thought I better start working on this (again)..

I would like to lose a few pounds, maybe 20 or so, which I know might not all happen before I turn 23, but would like to try. I do have pretty good muscle built under the extra pounds, and would love to see it! I am about 5' 6", but I do not know my weight, I don't weigh myself, I just know that I am not happy with how I look.

I have tried exercising before, like a mad person, and was starting to see results, but then it happened: I lost interest. It was taking so long, and it's not like I really enjoy working out. :eek:

So hopefully I can find answers & solutions here, I am looking forward to reading around, and asking questions.
