Hi there,

Where to start???:smash:
Im a YO-YO dieter, have been since my son was born 19 years ago! WOW has it been that long????

I`m 37 now and would really like to back to the real world! Away from the comfort foods and to stop hiding on the couch,or behind the computer.
I want to ride a bike in the woderfull parks BC has to offer,I want to be outside enjoying myself, dont want to be out of breath when i do something,

I am getting better, I have already lost 48 pounds since starting last march and have been working out,but thats where i need to motivate myself,to workout more,i`ll do it for a few weeks then find excuses not to go,I really dont know why because I feel so damm good when I do go!!

I know posting on a forum really helps because I have done it before when I lost over 80 pounds,I gained it all back and then some!

I am now holding myself acountable as to what I have to do!:ack2:

Welcome! If there is anything we can do, let us know.

It seems you have the right mindset and the knowledge. I have found this forum a powerful tool with some very smart people, with their help I've lost almost 20 pounds in the first month (I was also close to 400 so this is the 'easy' time)

Hope we can do the same for you.

Hi Tette,

Congratulations! I totally agree with you being active in forums would really help a lot in losing weight. I also agree that changing lifestyle would take off the weight that you have gained back. Welcome back!

Jim
