Another Newbie!

Hello everyone. :waving:

Im starting today to lose my last 10-20 pounds. I keep trying and trying but falling off the wagon, so I figure some support and encouragement can help! I've got the exercise part down, just need to work on nutrition and motivation.

I've lost over 40 pounds the last year so I know I can do this!
