Hey guys,
just wanted to say hi! after years and years of weight gain and all the associated negative emotions attached with it, the self loathing etc I've finally done the right thing and enlisted the help of a personal trainer at my gym and a food diary to help and slow but steady weightloss and lifestyle change.
I've stuck it out for 3 months and Im looking for like minded people to inspire and keep me on the right track. I also have a livejournal which tracks my weightloss windspirit1333 in case any of you have one too!
look forward to getting to know all of you and finally do weight loss the proper healthy way!
