Hey all,
I am a 19 year old female and looking to lose weight (duh!) I currently weigh 220 pounds, with a goal set to 140. I exercise daily for at least 90 minutes a day. I drink lots of water, and do my best to eat healthy. I figured I would start with short term goals, such as losing 10 pounds a month. I really want to hit my goal no later than September!
I have been overweight for the past 9 years about. I was wondering if anyone had any advice? Such as is my current goal realistic? I think it is.. Also I would like to know, is it realistic to believe someone like me who has been overweight most of their life can ever look like a girl who has always been thin and "sexy"? I am only asking to give myself motivation. I would like to know that I can have the body of someone like that. I figure since I am young, losing weight reasonably steady and drinking lots of water, my skin may be tight after the transformation? My parents were both thin when they were my age, so it shouldnt be genetics. Would that make a difference?
Anyway, that's my hello. Lol! Sorry for asking away already, just got a long road ahead. Took enough motivation to take that first step, looking for all I can to keep me going!
