I will just say quick I am a 32 year old mother of 2 and my initial goal is to lose 25 pounds AGAIN and then take it from there for another 15-25 A recent Job change has helped me regain 15-20 pounds that I had lost in the past. SO I am restarting at 210ish, my plan is to make better food choices (this is the downfall for me its very hard at work to make smart choices...) and to exercise more again and also to quit smoking. I plan to do the Couch to 5K program over the next two months as my main exercise 3 days a week and do whatever suits me any given day the rest of the time... I admit I love the wii fit when I can get the kids off long enough to play.... My highest weight was 241 pounds and I am afraid if I don't get moving now I will find myself there again very soon. I do KNOW a ton about diet and exercise and toyed with become a personal trainer in the past so its not that I dont know how its just the motivation I lack.

So Hi everyone I look forward to getting to know some of you along the way.

Welcome aboard. :)

How do you plan on combating this?

Suggestions would be to pack everything you plan on eating that day and eat nothing else. If someone tries to peer pressure you, kindly decline. If they do it again, take the donut or whatever and toss it.

They'll learn. If you're going to do this, you need to mean business.

Do you?

Oh believe me I am ready for this have my full support system in place all the way around. The challenge with work is I do 3rd shifts and come home and sleep most of the day while the kids are in school. Hubby is in place to take care of lean proteins for me to take with for lunch (he's the chef in the house) and then fresh fruits and veggies on the side. And my limit for eating at work will be lunch time from now on not snacking randomly throughout the night. I'm ready and very excited I haven't ran since track in high school. I feel really good about what I did this morning.
