Hi there, I am another new addition to the site and am happily looking forward to getting some ideas and tips on weight loss.
I have just started my journey this year and have lost 10lbs which is great but I have many more to go. My current weight is 15 stones and 10lbs (221lbs I think?) which is heavy I know but even worse when you consider that I am a very short lady!
I set myself the goal in January of losing just 1lb a week and I have a special event in October to focus on. I got to week 10 on target but have been floundering for the past 6 weeks or so. I can't blame plateauing (is that a word?) I know that I am just losing the motivation.
So feel free to kick me up the backside, I need it!!
