Another newbie

Hi all,

Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
My name is Kate and I started the Cohens program last Tuesday so ive officially passed week 1. My first weigh in is this evening.

Im not sure if im doing well or not, i havent chearted at all and have stuck to the program 100%. To date ive lost 2.3kgs and 9.5cm. I was a bit dissapointed intially with my results but ive reassured myself that I had to start somewhere!

It sounds like you are doing really good to me!

remember that the weight came on slow, so we can't expect it to come off fast. But i know how you feel, whenever i get on the scale i expect to see a lower number, and feel discouraged when it isn't.

Good luck keeping with the diet and exercise, your making a lot of progress!!!

saykonichiwa, you are so right - I gained the weight over a period of 2 years, plus ive always been on the heavier side so it will take time to lose the weight.

Week two ends today so ill see how i go :)
