Another Newbie

Hello all! Ive been nosing around these forums for the past few weeks and finaly decided to register. Im hoping that this will be a good choice and help me lose the weight I need.

Ive just started up my effort again to lose weight after stopping my routine from last year from lack of motivation. The heaviest I have ever weighed was 326 pounds back in october of 2006. I decided enough was enough and gave it a shot and started to exercise daily while watching what I ate. I kept up the routine until Feb of 2007 and was down to 290 pounds. I made the mistake of slacking on my exercise and eventualy stopped. :banghead:

Fortunalty during my lazy months my weight stayed around 290. My current weght as of Feb 2008 is now at 283, and im glad to be back. :)
