Hello all! Ive been nosing around these forums for the past few weeks and finaly decided to register. Im hoping that this will be a good choice and help me lose the weight I need.
Ive just started up my effort again to lose weight after stopping my routine from last year from lack of motivation. The heaviest I have ever weighed was 326 pounds back in october of 2006. I decided enough was enough and gave it a shot and started to exercise daily while watching what I ate. I kept up the routine until Feb of 2007 and was down to 290 pounds. I made the mistake of slacking on my exercise and eventualy stopped.
Fortunalty during my lazy months my weight stayed around 290. My current weght as of Feb 2008 is now at 283, and im glad to be back.
