that's right.

This is me after I've started over 877103850 different diets for.. well, forever.
I've always been overweight, my parents are.
there's something about almost turning 24 that makes me sad: I remember being 15 and telling myself: ''now is the time to get healthy and love yourself again''
well this will be like the 10th time I turn 15 I guess.

but it is never too late to start. I am still young
and hopefully this place will help me through the process

thank you for reading!

Hi Amiba,

Welcome! I'm totally with you on the number of diets I've tried in the past too. I started on my Cohen's journey coming up to 8 weeks ago now. I wasn't expecting it to work even though I was hoping it would. I'd been disappointed too many times in the past by diets. But I am constantly surprised each week when I hop on the scales and I've lost another kilo or 2. You'll be surprised by how quickly this program works and it's really not too hard to follow as long as you have the determination to stick 100% to it.

Good luck with it and I'll look forward to you sharing your weight loss news over the coming weeks.
