Hey everyone, my name is Kalie, i just stumbled upon this website and like what i saw, it seems very active and thats what i need, i started January 1st with my new years resolution of losing weight and eating healthier! I started at 203 and no as of this morning i am 196, 7 pounds in 6 days i think thats pretty darn good, did you all lose a lot in the beginning then tapor off??? My biggest chaallenge is that i love food, and i can eat more than most men i think LOL Ive been working out at the gym everynight for an hour for the last week and been sticking to a healthy eating plan! im excited to share my progress with you all and see your progress as well, if anyone wants to be support buddies please let me know, i could definitly use some motivation at times!!!
