Hey everyone. :]

Well, I recently restarted my journey towards weight loss.
I started two weeks ago, and have lost 9 pounds.
Now is the best time for me to do this, i've never felt better in my sixteen years of living.
Motivation is my problem, I need a little push occasionally, so, heres to hoping for success!


If anyones wondering my routine, I am in yoga classes 3 times a week. I do strength 3 days a week, and cardio 5 days a week.[ I do slack off sometimes though.] I am working really hard on getting my calorie intake up to 1200-1500, but so far i'm usually only having 400-800.

Good for you on deciding to change your lifestyle and get healthy. :]
I'm not much of an expert but I'm pretty sure that I can confidently say that 400-800 calories a day is waaaaaaaaaaay too low. It's not that hard to get your calories up and I'm not quite sure how yours are so low and what you're eating but I'm pretty sure you need to hike those up because likely, your body is freaking out right now.
Anyway, good luck on your journey and enjoy this place... it's personally helped me a ton.

Yes I agree with last poster ..

You could end up on a starvation diet and your body will go into starvation mode.. which will pack on pounds ..
so actually if you eat and get your calories up .. you will lose more ...

I'm actually recovering from an ED, I wasnt sure if it was suitable to put that in my original post, so yeah.
I'm working on bringing them up to a healthy number though.

Hey..
It would be good to start a diary and start tracking your losses and gains ..and gain more support for what it is you wish to do or accomplish...

Just write and intro about what you hope to accomplish ..maybe a little history if you feel comfortable ...
