Heya! I'm rather new to this whole weight loss thing. i dont feel i need to loose too much weight but i could benefit from it i think. Im a diabetic (type 1) and over the last year ive noticed more weight gain than id like. Ive been fairly slim most of my life and im trying to keep it that way. im 169.4 lb now about 5' 9". Im mainly on here just to keep a log and for support and motivation. I hope you guys can give me some tips or suggestions. I dont know a lot about this stuff i just started running and doing sit ups todayk. Oh ya! im trying to quit smoking too/ its a disgusting habit and mixed with the diabetes its going to get my in trouble down the road unless i stop soon. anyway, im about to go start a diary so check that out if youve got the time! thanks!
