Hello everybody, I'm looking to loose a few kilograms and then bulk up. I've been reading your forum for a couple of days, it's good to have such a wealth of information to look at. I'm more of a reader than a poster though.

My goal is to lose about 10 - 20kg by august.

What my day looks like at the moment:
30 min walk
Breakfast - fruit
Mid morning- a 600ml feel good iced coffee (low fat, low gi, heart foundation approved)
Lunch - biscuits and tuna (thinking about switching to salad?)
After noon- popcorn (no butter or salt) or fruit
Gym (weight training) or bike riding
Dinner- what ever mum cooks :p (dad has to eat healthy anyway)
After dinner - thinking about going for a walk/ run?

Obviously I drink water throughout the day and I'm thinking about limiting my alcohol consumption to once a month (I only drink on the weekends at the moment).
I'm after opinions on what I've got written above? I can take criticism.

From the sounds of it you're lifting weights every single day... is that accurate? If so, depending on how things are structured, I'd be willing to bet you could optimize your program a bit.

Your meal plan looks rigid, low in calories, low in protein, and low healthy fats... but hard to tell.

I try not to goto the gym two days in a row, rather cardio and weights on alternate days and sometimes I'll throw in some surf kayaking too.
I signed up to fitday.com earlier today and have recorded my entire day on there. Although I'm not sure how accurate it is, it says I haven't had very much calcium but i've had milk and I'm sure I've had a few more calories than it says.
