Hello All,
I might be the biggest challenge yet!
My name obviously is Bill, and a little about me:
Age: 28
Height: 6ft 3in
Weight: 320
I was hit by a truck at the age of 17, and balooned to 360lbs. Over the next 2 years I managed to work off about 30 pounds the best I could as when I was hit, it broke my left leg in two spots.
Since losing that weight, I got complacent...and let weight loss go to the wayside. My, like many others, new years resolution is to lose it this year. I'd like to make 260lbs my first goal. I do lift weights, so I'm sure that plays a part into my weight as well. Knowing that I'm lifting weights and bulking up in muscle, I know I'll never see 200 lbs...but I'd love to not be FAT anymore.
I'm hoping to get some good advice and learn from you all here on how to do this, and look forward to helping anyone in any way I can.
