Another New Guy!

Hello everyone, My name is Scott, I am 29 and live in Oregon. I have been overweight my whole life, kind of just got used to it. I had HORRIBLE!! eating habits I ate fast food up to 3+ times a day and was always chugging down soda. At my highest weight I weighted 410 lbs. it was bad. I quit eating fast food and within 2 years of of not eating fast food I dropped to 350 lbs. I started dieting and working out and quit drinking sugary drink and a little help from clen cycles I dropped to 295 lbs. Then I got lazy, got behind on my gym membership and stopped going. Started going out drinking more and eating fatty food. The I started to get depressed real bad and finally I was walking to work one day and said screw it I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. Walked over to the gym and restarted my membership. That night I worked out and weighted myself 315 lbs. I am a tired of being a fatass. I am completely devoted to dropping the weight.

What prompted you to try clen?

Glad to hear you got that fire back.... what are you doing to do differently this time to make sure it stays lit?
