What kind of stuff do you think you need? If it's gym equipment, that's not really necessary. The biggest part of losing weight is to get control of your food intake. There are also a million ways to get exercise without going to a gym.
I agree with Harold. Eat less than your body needs and you will lose weight. Tell us more about the kinds of food you eat. It is important to keep track everyday, starting right now of the food you eat and the calories.
