Hi! I'm a 29 year old mother of 2. I've been overweight most of my adult life. I know what it takes to lose the weight (exercise and watching what I eat), but I need motivation. Just being in a group where others understand the struggle might just be the motivation I need. I need to be accountable also.
I currently am 5 feet tall and weight 180 lbs
This is the heaviest I have ever been. It felt really uncomfortable writing that. I refuse to buy any new clothes to accomodate my larger size, so therefore I am limited to a whopping 3 shirts I have to wash and wear. I'm "punishing" myself.
My plan is to get to the gym for at least an hour 5x per week, very early in the mornings and also use the Wii Fit in the evenings. I've done the gym thing and it really does work and I love it. I just cannot figure out why that memory of how wonderful it was is not enough to get my butt in there on a regular basis!
I'm very excited and hopeful to get my butt back in gear. Diabetes runs in my family and my doctor warned me that I'm on the fastrack to becoming a diabetic too.
