I've seen a few calorie needs calculators which calculate how many calories you should be taking in daily, but this one is pretty nice:
It uses a different equation than most out there (Miffin instead of Harris-Benedict), gives you more options for your activity level, and provides a calorie range for losing weight (instead of just what you need to eat to maintain).
I found this useful as another tool to help me figure out the diet that will suit my body, so I thought I would share it.
