Ankle pain

Hi guys,

I am 28 yrs old, weight 85Kg, It is nearly 8yrs that i had run. recently i tried jogging after this long dry spell, but after 3 days my ankles & knees started to pain. And the pain feels as if it is the bones that are paining.

Is there any special procedure to start jogging also, i believe running itself is a warm up exercise. I use normal adidas sports shoes for running and they fit well on my feet.

Are you running everyday?
If so, you might want to change it to every other day until you get used to it.
 
I had run for only three days in continuation and yesterday was my 4th after a gap of 2 days. I t pained more after this.
 
I just started running this spring after not running at all for 10 years.
I was running everyday and then my knee started hurting really bad. After taking some time off and letting it heal I re-started and now only run every other day. The pain still exists a little bit but I think it's still because my weight is still on the heavy side, but it's bearable and I don't overdue it.

Try resting for a week or two and then starting off slower.
