Ok so finally realized how to do this...
..WEll Im a 30 year old, who has always had a weight problem.. ALL my life i was chubby, got mistreated and made fun off all my life..which of course gave me a whole bunch of self image and self-esteem issues, even as an adult. Going through school has been very stressful, so much i ballooned way out of control..and weighted 253 pounds...and got diagnosed with hypertension, and the asthma i had suffered as a child came back. SO i decided i had to do something about it. In February I started, with my eldest sister, i stopped eating chocolate, which is i have to admit my downfall, also stopped any fried stuff, im puertorrican and most of what we eat and like is fried and its a lot of carbs, lol...I also started to walk on my treadmill which was collecting dust for years. Now ive lost 23 pounds, Im walking 3 miles 5 days a week and drinking tons of water and crystal light peach iced tea..wHich i recommend to those who dont like water like me...lol..I need the support of others like me going through this since I always start and then get tired and quit..and i dont want to this time. Im already not using antihypertensive medication..and i dont wanna start using them again..So Ill welcome the support.
