I am new here... So first and foremost I would like to say hello to everyone. I started my diet about a week ago but really decided that 2010 would be my year on Tuesday. I have always been thin until the past few years and now it is time to kick that in the butt and shed the extra pounds...
So I have a Wii, the Wii fit and the Wii biggest loser. So I have been doing that every night with a little time on the recumbent bike as well as the eliptical. I weighed in (hold on to your seats) at 300lbs
. I know, I know it made me gasp too. So I am changing the way I am eating and working out. I have always been a very active person, but I have noticed for the last 2+/- years I have been kind of lazy. So no more of that.
I figure my horse is now 17 and I only have a few years left to show him, and I want to be able to make the most of it. And my 300lb physique is not part of the plan, so it has got to go!! So here I go.
