Hi everyone! My name's L, i'm 22, and 5'6 168 pounds. My highest weight was about 178. Until about 2 years ago, I'd never allowed myself to reach above 155 (its mind-boggling to me that I have to LOSE 13 pounds to get down to 155). My lowest weight in my adult years was about 145, size 10 I've already lost 10 pounds on my own in the last month or so, but i'd like to get down to at least 145. REALLY, I'd like to get down to 140-130, size 7/8, which I haven't been since I was 16. I've always been "curvy" but I want to be sleek and toned (but still curvy) this time, so I put 145 to compensate for muscle mass I didn't have when I was 145 and a size 10. Currently I am a size 13 (I cried when I had to make th jump from 11/12 to 13/14 and I have to admit that although i've always been slightly overweight the realization and the kick in the but came when it was near impossible to find my size in normal clothing stores. What?!? I'm too big now to shop in the stores I've carefreely shopped my whole life? It felt like I was being "rejected" or kicked out of some elite club. Currently a 13 is a little too big but an 11 is much too tight. I want to fit into an 11 by christmas, and wow, i'm rambling so i'm just going to end with a GREAT TO BE HERE! :)

I like your goal of being sleek and curvy, that's about the most attractive thing EVER. :)

Hey L, I'm in the same position you are right now. I never want to be too skinny, but having a curvy, well toned body is my main goal. I'm a newbie here too, GOOD LUCK!
