If there's anyone who is currently the Anabolic Diet or has been on it, I would love to hear from you on this and hear about your results. I'm open to anyone answering though
. Anyway, I was wondering what types of carbs are eaten on the weekends when the ratio is switched up to 55-60% carbs? I did some research and got mixed results (like any other time I do research lol) regarding whether you can just go out and make them like cheat days and eat almost anything as long as you don't exceed the caloric limit, or if you should still stick with lower GI carbs on these days.
