im new to wlf. so heres a little about me: im 15 yrs old, i live in illinois, im 5ft 1 in (ha shorty), i weight 109lb, and im a vegetarian....okay so i hav just one question for now, that id REALLY like an honest answer too...

alright, so im going to the beach for a weekend and i really
really really really wan2 look good in a bikini =/

i know alot of ppl are thinking your only 109lb, you don
need to loose weight. but i just wan2 look good! and feel
good, and i dont.

anyways, ive been dieting now since summer started and i joined a health club and have been working out about 2 or 3 times a week. i went from
118 to 109 since the end of may. its been a slow process but i wan2
do it the right way. the HEALTHY way.

But my problem is, i do really good with my diet for like 5 days, then i blow it and splurge....so any weight i do loose, i gain it all right back. it sucks.
but NOW im super focused. and determained to look good for this weekend!

okay so to the point--i hav 6 days til the beach weekend. SIX DAYS!
and i still don feel comfortable in a bikini. so heres my question....

if i REALLY limit myself on food for six days, and workout everyday...
How much weight can i possibly loose in 6 days??

i would really like to be 100lb. i know it sounds crazy, 9lb in 6 days...
but is it possible??

AND can anyone giv me advice on how to make myself look
better?? any way to help tighten my stomach fast?? anything??

thanks.

You probably won't lose much fat in those days.

You might be able to lose up to 2lbs?

The best approach would probably be very low carb, that way even if you dont lose a lot of fat you will look smaller because you won't be bloated from breads and pasta and other carb foods.

Make sure you are drinking lots of water to keep you hydrated and to keep your skin looking good, and have fun at the beach!

there are some 'tricks' to avoid looking bloatier which might make your tummy look larger -and that's avoid carbonated beverages and chewing gum and highly processed foods - that generally contain a lot of sodium... drink lots of water and try to eat only fresh foods..

Yeah, and pack in the fiber to empty out your tummy and make it as flat as possible! Have fun!

getting a tan - if you dont already have one - may also help you look a bit leaner, i learned from my experiance. and if you have cellulite like me it wont be as apparent. just dont overdo it because it makes your skin age faster - or you could use a sunless tanner just make sure that you spread it evenly

- this is something that you can do to help your beach appearance without having to starve yourself for a week. good luck sweetie and try to love the body you are in

Thanks everyone!

avoid carbs, no soda, lots of water and lots of fiber!
and a nice tan =]

thanks for your help!
great tips!

Hey, I forgot about this one, thanks for reminding me... gotta get me a tan soon! :) you get reps :)

Learn to love yourself for who you are. For some people, no matter what their weight, they're not happy with their body in a bikini. I'm thinking it's a whole lot less about weight and more about frame of mind.

:iagree: That's my favorite answer.

there wouldn't be much need for this weight loss forum if quick fixes were effective. you are going to do more damage than good. this type of rapid weight loss you are seeking rids your body of water weight only. the weight that you do lose is going to come back with a vengence as soon as you drink some water or eat even the smallest of meals.

you sound like you are at a perfect weight for your height and age. ya, a guy may like you for your bikini body, but beauty radiates from people who are confident about themselves, inside and out. self-confidents and feeling good about yourself will make you stand out way more than a mal-nourished bikini body. figuring all this stuff out when you're 15 is tough, i remember.
