Amount of calories in an egg white?

Trying to find out how many calories and fat and everything is in a hardboiled egg with the yolk takin out. Ive been to alot of food calorie counter sites but all they have is either dryed egg whites or raw. Thanks

Eggs (for 100 gr)
- whole egg: 14 gr protein; 12 gr fat; 0.6 gr carbohydrates; 171 calories
- white egg: 13 gr protein; 0.2 gr fat; 0.5 carbohydrates; 57 calories
- yolk egg: 16 gr protein; 32 gr fat; 0.3 gr carbohydrates; 364 calories
Hard-Boiled Egg: 13 gr protein; 11 gr fat; 1 gr carbohydrates; 150 calories (white 8 gr protein, 0.1 fat, 0.2 carbohydrates, 42 calories)

Hope this helps...

I think your numbers are off. One hard-boiled egg has 75 calories, and one white has 15 calories and 5 grams of protein.

Depending on many factors, for example, 2 big eggs = 120 gr (90 gr white), while 2 average eggs = 100 gr (70 gr white), approximatively, protein, fat depending on its quality, here on market different products on same cathegory make big differences... So impossible saying exactly: one hard-boiled egg has xx calories, but more right to say '100 gr white egg has xx calories', I think... Please correct me if I go wrong.
What source do you use, please?

I just think it's hard to give it out by 100grams - because how many people actually weigh their eggs? lol
Anyways, I've used numerous sources, I just know the nutritional values of many foods in my head - from my Nutrition and Kinesiology textbooks, the nutrition label on the egg carton, etc....

Ah, I see! Yeap, I weigh every time I eat white, whole egg and everything I eat. In condition I want to go from 13,5% to 12% BF need to be organised! :) Thanks for your answer!

Thanks guys! I started cutting fat in Octomber 2004. You'll get there too, I am sure! Just need to be very organized and don't give up! Good luck and hope to celebrate soon 12% for everyone interested! :)
