Thank you very much gentlemen! I would love to be the female equivalent of 'Chillen' on this board...though I know there can really on be one :)

You'll definitely be seeing more of me. I'm 19 weeks out from my next competition, so my training/dedication/intensity is about to be taken to a whole new level!

I don't know why women shy away from heavy weights. It helps you stay lean, burn fat and just get that super sexy, curvy look. So keep at it girl! :)
