It's hard to give advice w/out knowing more details, though. Can you tell us more about how much you weigh now, how tall you are, what you're eating, what kind of exercising you're doing? With more information we can make some suggestions!
Welcome to the forum. Drink plenty of water will keep ypu hydrated and full for longer.
Have 300ml of skimmed milk each day, it has protein and bone building calium and many other essential nutrients.
Make sure you eat loads of vegetables.
Try to do 20 minutes brisk walking every day it works wonders.
approximately 2000-2100. i do work 12 hours shifts. so, 3 days a week i walk 2 miles and do an exercise ball routine for 30 minutes. 3 days a week I walk 4 miles a day, do the exercise ball routine, ab lounger, and a 60 minute water aerobics class.
