Hello everyone! I am 19 years old, male and 174cm tall.
I have lost about 20kg in 3months now....have been doing cardio only for about 60-75min per day for 6 days a week. I have also lost some 6 inches off my waist(my current waistline is 44)and now able to fit into smaller sized clothes. But,I still have that sagging skin(kind of soft) and the belly fat!! I cannot afford to go to the gym(there are no gyms near my house with good trainers)for weight training because of my hectic college schedule but I am planning to buy a few dumbbells to work out at home...Is it fine if I do so? My biggest worry is that I have lost 20kg but still I look kind of fat(though my waistline is down to 44)!

Starting weight:110kg
Current weight:92kg.
in about 3months now.

Please help me out!

I suspect what's happening is something that we, on the board here, refer to as "skinny fat". It mean that you've mostly lost the weight you want to lose, but you have no developed muscle and you're out of shape. That means you may be a healthy weight, but you're flabby.

Cardio is great for burning calories while you're doing it, but what you really want to do is build back the lean muscle you've lost (or at least maintain and strengthen what you've got). Weight lifting and body resistance exercises are the best way to do that.

Yes, you can do those at home with a set of dumbbells. I would suggest that you read the thread in the exercise area called "The Conceptual Side of Weight Lifting" by Steve. It's sticky posted to the top of the forum.

If you follow along with what he says and work your muscles to build strength, I think you'll see a tremendous difference in your body in a very short length of time. :)
