With college starting back up, I've noticed myself not eating as much as I usually do. My day normally consists of getting up at 8am and basically doing class until about 1pm when I get lunch, which is a normal sized lunch at that. I eat dinner at around 9pm, and again, it's not a huge meal. I do snack a bit, but all I really eat is a peice of fruit here or there, or perhaps a sandwich (two peices of ham, a peice of lowfat cheese, mustard, potato bread).
I'm wondering now - Is this too little food? One of my buddies has said that if you don't ever eat enough, your body won't have enough energy to really get your metabolism growing, and so sometimes people who eat too little won't loose weight.
As it stands, I am losing some weight each week, since I spend a lot of time in the gym, but could I be losing some faster if I, say, add a breakfast in there?
