Am I eating enough?

Here's what I ate today....

Meal 1
Homeade Fruit Salad (1 small bowl)

Meal 2
1 pear
2 pieces of Provolone cheese

Meal 3
Salad w/ non fat dressing
4 small pieces of a potatoe
5 carrots
Small portion mashed potatoes
Very small piece of meat
Water

So that's what I ate today, do u think that I can actually gain weight if im not eating enough?

Here's what I usually eat on school days...

Breakfast-
Rice Cereal w/ non fat skim milk
Grapes or other fruit

Lunch- Salad w/ no dressing

Snack after school- Peice of fruit

Dinner- Includes vegetables, fruit, and w/e else.
Water


Please critique me. I really am trying to lose weight right now along with exercise.
 
No, you're not eating enough. I don't see enough protein, fat, carbs, or fiber. Log into to track your calories.
 
Hey there. YIKES. You best be eating more or you will be gaining everything back and more. Yes I agree with the last post you need protien for sure. You aren't doing your body any good on this diet. All the best and best of luck.
