I started a 1500 cal diet a month ago and am doing cardio 5 days a week, 45 mins each time. I am eating 5 times a day, healthy options using Spark people to track carbs, pro, etc and I meet my daily quotas. I've lost 8 but it seems slow to me. My daily BMR is 1885 plus my cardio of 380-400 puts me as a calorie differential of about 800 a day. Am I eating enough? Too much? Any advice will help. Thanks!
