Am I doing this right?

Guys, quick question.

I've been hitting the gym pretty hard for 5 weeks.

When I started I was 202 at 22.7% BF
and as of right now, I'm 192 at 20.5% BF.

I know it's pretty early, but, does it look like I'm losing too much muscle/water weight (4lbs out of the 10 I lost)?

Help is always appriciated.
 
well if you dont want to lose mucsle then get some Whey protein...helps keep muscle insead of loseing it when loseing weight
 
Sounds like your doing great. Myself and many other people in the fitness industry have agreed that 2lbs per week is the ideal loss. More then that and your losing lean muscle and water. So keep at it, but remember that you need a good clean diet to get you to your goals; exercise alone cant do that.
