Am i doing enough to burn the calories im eating?

Hey everybody ive been eating 1700 calories for like a week now and i was just wondering if yall think im doing enough to burn the calories im eating? Heres what ive done exercise wise since monday:

Monday exercise:
-15 minute run
-1 hour long walk
-1 hour power walking on the teadmill
-1 hour on the stationary bike
-15 minute ab workout class
-1 hour body combat class
-45 minute body pump class
-leg weights
Eating est 1700 calories

Tuesday exercise:
-15 minute ab class
-20 mintues power walking on treadmill
-20 minutes on stationary bike
-1 hour long aerobic attack class
-weight session
-and lots of walking (from gym, to college and whilst at college)
Eating estimated 1700 calories

Wednesday exercise:
-45 minute Legs, bums and tums class
-1 hour body combat class
-legs weights
-and lots of walking (from gym, to college and whilst at college)
Eating estimated 1700 calories

Any opinions/advice are much appreciated :)
 
that's close to 6 hours worth of cardio on monday you're doing?

that seems really excessive to me...

What are you doing with leg weights?

I'd consider chekcing out the stickied threads in this forum - for perhaps some more efficient uses of your time...
