My measurements- as promised:

Neck- 16 3/4"
Chest- 45"
Waist- 39"
Hips- 41"
Arms-14.5" R
14" L
Thighs- 20.5" L
22 R"
Calf- 15"L
15.5"R
The entire right side of my body is larger.....
I realized yesterday that I was measuring my waist in the wrong spot- this measurement is from about an inch above the navel. The hip measurement is from the widest part.
Arms, chest and thighs are not 'flexed', I assume that is the right way to do it.

Interesting that my right is larger than my left on all measurements- I am left-handed and really though this would be the opposite......

dang you got skinny legs...

on women the waist measurement is taken at the smallest part -where most women curve in - men i think it's around the naval - but it really doesnt matter as long as you take them in the same place every time -that's all that matters.

I need to start counting calories again. *sigh*
My goal for this is to stay between 2200 & 2700 total. This is a broad range but trust me, I will rarely approach 2200. My BMR is in the area of 2700-2900
Figure worst case by posting this here I will open myself up to some much needed ridicule regarding my diet.:D

5/8
Breakfast- 350- this is my typical weekday breakfast
Oatmeal- 160
Yogurt- 90
Banana- 100

Lunch-proposed- 660
Wheat thins 1.5 servings- 200
Laughing cow cheese- 2 servings- 70
2 tangerine- 80-100
1 apple- 100
1- simple harvest bar-edit 1230- 160

Dinner- proposed- 960
2 ham sandwiches- 500
salad- approx 300
pudding- 160

Snacks- proposed total of 450

Total of 2420(edited 1230) or so for the day. Again- almost all proposed at 710am, although breakfast has been eaten. I am sure I will end up closer to 2500 when all is said and done.
-edit 1230-I am editing this as I go to make this as accurate as possible.

I plan on doing a 40 min WT session and 30 min or so of cardio on the arc trainer today.

Please point out holes in my plan if there are any- and I am sure there are:D

20" or so is skinny? Never really thought so. I know I do not have huge legs but...

That is where I erred then. All websites talking about measurements relate to women. It is like men do not exist in the WL world..
Oh well- I am a 16 YO girl anyway right?:D

the only thing that stands out to me - is that it seems high in sodium - which - can lead to water retention... and fiber seems a bit low

Sodium high from where?- I honestly do not see it.

My fiber intake varies from day to day. Yesterday was high- this is not by design, just how it is. The 'snack' portion is usually full of fiber- nuts, dry cereal and the like.

The dinner is not normal BTW- the wife has class tonight so it is usually a catch all for me.

the laughing cow cheese wedges - last i looked have about 250+mg per wedge and the wheat thins tend to be pretty high in sodium - eh -maybe not so highin sodium overall -i guess it was the two ham sandwiches that threw me off - deli meats - turkey is one of the biggest offenders of it - tend to be sky high in sodium...

Huh. Right you are. 910 for the cheese and crackers alone.
I intentionally buy a certain kind of meat- forget what- since it has less sodium than other.
I know deli meat is high in sodium which is why I eat it once a week or so and no more. Plus I do not eat 4 sandwiches anymore......

Damn- so close...

sodium is my obsession -- and fiber as well- it's two things that I pay attention to... probably meaningless to most - but it's like a hobby or something... :D

Reading some of your posts, sodium is less of an obsession than other things.:D

This is why I come here and will stay here. I would have never looked at sodium in the damn cheese. I was just happy to find a low cal cheese that tasted good and never looked at the sodium.
I will still buy and eat it but not as much- 4-6 wedges a week.

I can't get laid but I can do something about sodium...

the babybel light cheese - the cheese that you have to unzip... is around 70 calories for a round -and not as high in sodium -and for low fat cheese -it doesn't suck... but I stil prefer the real cheeses - though those aren't all that low in sodium either.. .

if you're craving the creaminess factor -the neufchatel cheese (fancy way of saying low fat cream cheese) is quite tasty if you make some custom blends - adding some roasted garlic - or other stuff makes it really good

I just like cheese. That was one of the things I was never willing to give up when I started all this- and one of the reasons I needed to start all this.

I think I will try the low fat cheam cheese with things mixed into it. I am pretty handy around the kitchen and should be able to come up with a few combinations that do not suck...

I have had the babybel light- it tastes just like I would think low fat cheese would taste....

I just like the unzipping - i'm like that -i unzip it and get a prize :)

Cream cheese w/ roasted garlic
Cream cheese w/ roasted peppers (even the jarred variety are good - just food process it up)
Cream cheese w/ scallions
Cream cheese w/ low sodium onion soup mix - or the knorrs leek soup mix.

Cream cheese w/ cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar (awesome on the caramel rice cakes)

What is frightening is that all but the cinnamon and B sugar I was thinking of...
Get out of my head woman.:D
