Ok, soooo I have another dilemma!
I know you have to 'eat less' (along with good ole' exercise) to lose weight, buuut while I am doing that..so far I feel like I'm always hungry. I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner.. to keep my blood sugar from going crazy. I've always eaten very healthy, (I actually get made fun of for how healthy I eat!) so to lose the weight I'm trying to lose now (about 5-10lbs), I've just been eating less of what I usually eat. However, I find myself hungry!
Now, yes I know, I'm probably going to be a little extra hungry btwn meals, but how do you get over that? Relying on websites that tell me my daily calorie intake, I try to eat within that range (2,000). BUT, I'm still hungry!
Is it because my body is telling me to eat more? IDK! Any advice would be greeeaaatly appreciated!

Thanks!!
