A little about me? Never had a weight problem until after college. But along the way, picked up bad eating habits (although it seemed fun at the time). I'd go to a steak place and get the biggest on the menu - once a 28 ouncer. I was heavily involved in sports so I burned every calorie and then some. Still maintained my weight reasonably well in grad school when my exercise tailed off. But by the end of school my weight gradually started drifting upward.
I'm new to these weight loss forums and not really too sure what to expect - so we'll see how it goes. I'm kind of hoping that it will encourage me to be a little more diligent as at least some measure of accountability (kind of like a weight watchers meeting). Plus maybe some ideas along the way. Who knows. Anyway that enough for now.
