Well.....I no longer have a personal trainer.

After she had to cancel on me twice, and wasn't meeting my needs as far as availability, she told me that with her new job and some classes she is taking....it was too much for her to continue training with me 3 days a week.

I have to say I was pretty upset about it...still am...loved having a personal trainer as I felt much more hopeful and motivated about reaching my goals.

I guess for the time being I will use what she has shown me and continue looking for a new trainer which has turned out to be a pretty hard task in itself.

Bummer eh!

Yeah, that sucks. But it's better for you to find a personal trainer who can make him/herself available to you when you need them. :)

yeah I know....me and my husband had already discusses our concerns but was going to give her until the end of August and then decide if I should stick with her or find someone else.

I respect that she could tell me it was too much because I need someone who is committed to me and my needs!

I had a personal trainer for about a year, this past year... How long have you been with her? I got kind of attached to mine, so I would think it might be hard to just find a new one after I'd been with mine for awhile... But, hell that's life i guess... At least she was honest and upfront with you about not having the time to train you anymore. You kind of got a feel for yours, so just remember what you liked and disliked about her and keep that in mind when shopping for a new one. Do you belong to a gym? Because that is where I got mine, and there were quite a few that trained there. Mine was one of the good ones though, so I got lucky... Good Luck :)
