Hi everyone!! I am almost new only a few weeks but I did not introduce myself.. It feels nice to be here 
I am am male age 31 and my name here is black iceberg! why? I did not know what name to choose I was listening to acdc playing black ice I was thinking that I joined cause I want to loose weight, the icebergs do melt and there was my name!
My purpose is to loose 30 kgr from 110 to 80 these kgr came slowly when I quited smoking..
I try to make changes that I will be able to keep for all my life I do not like the idea of trying something for a period of time cause I want permanent results, so I try things that i know that i can do for ever
