I am new to this link. I am here to hear about the stories of others who have similar goals as mine.
First of all, my 2 favorite body parts are my abs and my legs. To make up for being cursed with 4 brothers who didn't like me very much growing up, I think God blessed me with those 2 body parts. Don't get me wrong, I spend my fair share of time in the gym. It also helps that I am a fitness instructor, so I get paid to work out. I teach an abs class 3-4 times a week. When I'm teaching I do an exercise until I feel it. I figure, by then, everybody else should be feeling it, too.
My least likely body parts are my inner thighs and my muffin top. I know my muffin top is contributed to not eating enough fruits & veggies, so I'm working on that.
Anyway. . . .
My goals are to lose about 10 -15 pounds. Also, as mentioned, to eat more fruits & veggies. Other than that, I am pretty happy with my body.
I hope I enjoy my time here and that I meet lots of interesting people.
