Hi, I'm a 21 year old student, and I'm really fed up with feeling chunky and unfit.
I think I've always felt bigger than I actually am, but the last few years at uni have put me in the worst shape I've ever been in. I'm too easily tempted by junk food, and don't get nearly enough exercise.
I rarely eat breakfast, and tend to have bad sleeping patterns, although it's now downhill until I had in my final year project so I'm getting into a better routine (he says at 00:44).
I'm planning on rejoining the gym, and for the past couple of weeks, I've been avoiding unnecessary foodstuffs.
It's not long 'til summer, and I don't want to be embarrassed to take my t-shirt off for the nth year running :/
