Allow me to introduce myself

My story in a nutshell:

My name is Rob, I'll be 22 years old and graduating college in about a month. In Freshman year of high school (2002) I took heavy interest in Martial Arts and that continued throughout. It was mainly TKD with some grappling, they also taught tumbling, weapons and Extreme Martial Arts. I learned tumbling, practiced around 6 days a week and excelled pretty quickly. Eventually I was hired to teach Gymnastics in my Freshman year of college where I learned the rest of the events. I've been coaching mainly Women's Gymnastics for the past 3 years. I did some lifting here and there but I started lifting heavier weights about 2 years ago. My friends tell me I'm ridiculously strong for my size, but I'm not too sure. But if it's true then it has to do with the hard work I put in over the past 6 or 7 years haha. I'm 5'7'' and weigh approx. 150-155lbs with a max bench of 180-190lbs. I'm really pushing for 200lbs within the next month but I need to start benching more.
