Hey everyone, just kinda stumbled upon this great site here, love the posts and people, finding alot of useful information browsing through here.
long story short, recently , i.e the past 2-3 weeks really i've been watching what i eat, and how much i eat.
When i FIRST started watching my weight about a couple months ago i was around 280 pounds, and while this original diet was much better than before in the fact that i wasn't having many sugars i.e soda and all that junk food stuff in my diet, which really helped. i think what im doing now is really working out for me.
but recently, i.e these past weeks ive been alot more motivated to " get with the program and actually start eating healthy, for the most part, and in moderation. And of course, get some exercise in my daily routine.
What ive been doing recently is that ill ushally have a small breakfast i.e 200 calories along with two waters. and for most of the day i don't feel hungry or anything, which is great, compared to eating unhealthy foods during the day.
and as far as water weight goes, ive been looking at that during these couple of weeks, and ive been weighing myself in the morning at the same time or so. and during the day i can go up as much as 4 pounds, i.e water weight and such but ive factored that in aswell.
as for lunch, again i usually don't eat lunch because i really don't feel that hungry.
then for dinner ill having a strait forward home cooked dinner, in a good portion, not to small but in just enough to feel full.
so basically my diet consists of healthy foods, being 200 calories in the morning, then something around 500-700 calories at night for dinner.
with a total of about 800 a day or so, and although this may seem low, im really not hungry at all with 800 calories, and along with this ive been drinking about 6 bottles of water a day, in place of soda, and all that other jive.
so i figured this is working for me, now im down to 260 pounds from 274 in about 2 weeks.
so nice to meet anyone who took the time to read this, sorry for my horrible spelling and repetitive use of " i.e " thats just me ^_^
