Well done Rob. It’s much harder to eat well when travelling.

... or maybe airplane food did him in!In 1167 Yesugei Baghatur, Genghis Khan's father died. Yesugei was 37, but had already risen to the level of a major chief. It seems he was poisoned by Tatars at a wedding dinner.
If you´ve got to go at 37 (damn, that´s younger than me!) that´s a pretty badass thing to be able to say.It seems he was poisoned by Tatars at a wedding dinner.
It was a business trip TM, I am trying to retire so my business trips are getting fewer.
If you keep an eye on eating enough fruit, veggies, healthy fats, and protein and don´t obsess or go hungry I guess what works for you works for you.Another good day, I ate well and feel good. I am falling a little below goal on calories, sometimes I find it hard to eat more just to eat without feeling like I want a whole lot more. I am not actually hungry very often, and I don't feel weak, but I know I should probably up my calories a little. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
I didn't know that, guess I will try to stop. My apologies to any Romani reading this. One thing I do know is that "Gypsies" is considered a slur by many Romani.
I like the sound of that!Today was a good day, calories up a little and without any alcohol. I am feeling good.
Of course, my head never had a lot of facts in it, and as I get older there are fewer and fewer residing there. I always kind of liked history and find it kind of fun to look the years up searching for trivia. Problem is most of what you find has to do with obscure wars or battles, which I don't find terribly interesting. Finding something that is on a specific date can be harder. Please tell me you get your calorie count and then GOOGLE what happened in that year. You don’t have all that knowledge just sitting around in your head do you?
Yes we have also planted other kinds of squash, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, green beans, and cucumbers. Also a few onions planted between things. Not a lot of anything, we grow it all in 5 big ~300 gallon cattle watering troughs filled with good top soil. The first tomatoes look like they should start being ready to pick in a week or so, all else is a bit behind that. We also have 2 old apple trees that produce a lot more apples than we can eat, and 2 young pear trees and a cheery trees, this year we may get a few pears and a very few cherries, but by next year we should be getting good crops. We also have a small peach farm, 108 trees total, it is managed and harvested by a contract farmer, but we get all the peaches we can eat. Yes I like growing some of my own food, it probably costs more than store bought but you feel so good about it. My wife would like to get chickens, but so far I have been able to talk her out of it, maybe we'll plant a couple more fruit trees instead.
