It was a hard day, I struggled as much as I have since starting this diet. Don't know quite why. I did make it in the end, did not binge, stayed on the calorie track and got some PT exercise. So the day could have been worse... Tomorrow is another day, hopefully an easier one.
Just trying to find a way to limit my urges,Are you eating more fat for satiety or do you need to put back on some weight? Nice you are to that point where you are purposely eating more calories!
