Reply to Alli question

I took Alli and hated it! I was in the restroom all the time and could not be anywhere that I was unfamiliar with - my biggest fear being that I was afraid that I wouldnt find the closest bathrrom fast enough! Also, nothing in Alli helped me to curb my cravings or my appetite. Alli made me extremely tired too. I felt liek I was losing all of my fluids as well as fat through my intestines. I am now using some supplements from a natural based company that seems to be working well for me. I have energy, minimal appetite, and the supplements have curbed the cravings. I dont want carbs or sugar anymore. i was sent to (LINK REMOVED) by my trainer at the gym. She said that she has never seen anything work so well. The diets plans and the supplements have worked for several of her clients and for me too. Has anyone here seen the site or tried this plan?

When I heard about the sideeffects of Alli, I finally understood what 'anal seepage' is. As funny as the term is, I think something that's supposed to boost people's self-esteem shouldn't come with such a prominent side-effect, especially one so embarassing.

Alli

I'm taking Alli, and have never had any side effects. But then I've only been taking it for about three weeks. Today's my weigh in day, and I maintained this week, mainly because I've been a *little* forgetful... (where's my brain been? Is there a pill for that?:)). No side effects whatsoever though!

I completelyl agree! i've heard of alot of horror stories from people taking the pill. If you cut fat out of your diet as they suggest, sure your gonna loose weight! I also think the price is crazy, If I loose 10 pds on "my own" then for 50 bucks Ali will "help" loose another 5? no thanks!

Agree!

I too would rather be fat than have to go around carrying an extra pair of pants with me in case I have an "accident"!

Why would anyone want to do that to themselves?

I don't care if it takes months longer without "magic" diet pills, I'd rather keep my bodily functions in check......thank you!

:iagree:

I've been taking Alli 3 times a day now for the past 2 weeks.

I haven't had any side effects at all. No bathroom problems or extra gas in any way.

I've also been doing weight Watchers at the same time. I've lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks, and I feel like that is just from doing the weight watchers. I really dont see how the Alli pills have contributed to it.

The only thing the pills have really done for me is when I think I'm going to eat a high fat food, I change it to something lower fat, because I don't want the side efects of the pill to occur. So, in the past 2 weeks I can say that I have made smarter food choices because of Alli.

I've decided to continue taking the pills I have left right now, but I'm not going to buy more when they run out.

Everytime I see a commercial for Alli (and hear the mumbled string of horrifying side effects) I can't help thinking it should be sold bundled with a giant package of Oops I Crapped My Pants:
